NoDwell exists to eliminate the slack time that ties up trucks, docks and drivers across the supply chain. We optimize the first and last mile for all types of truckload shipments, and we do it by making drop-and-hook available to every facility, not just the biggest ones.
22 years of watching trucks wait.
Our founder, Blake Lappan, started in trucking in 2004 as a driver and lived the problem firsthand: hours at docks, missed loads and missed time at home. As a fleet owner, he watched it cost his company opportunity worth half a day's revenue or more. Running yard operations for enterprise shippers for 15 years showed him the other side.
The answer was always the same. Drop-and-hook works. It just hasn't been accessible to most shippers and carriers. NoDwell is how we change that.

Our exception-management services (fractional yard spotters and local tractors, freight handling, short-term storage and truck parking) run today with Spot On as the first provider. In 2028 we open the platform to more providers.
Autonomous handoffs
Autonomous long-haul trucks will still need a handoff at the metro edge. Our network is built to be that handoff.
