I once sat for 36 hours waiting on a load. Hourly detention capped at $250 (turning into
a layover pay) and only paid once. That was $250 in exchange for the $1650 I could have
earned to my truck in that 36 hours with a net income of around $1000. I spent $100 on
food and such while waiting, so a net of $150 for 36 hours. I was in the middle of
Colorado, so not too many choices, and the load I had took me to a good reload market.
Things completely out of my control took my net income and slaughtered it by 85%.

Just sat for 6 hours in Atlanta without a bathroom. This needs to change. Has anyone
tried the new NoDwell app for facilities in GA?

The drop & hook system at the new specialized facility is actually working smoothly. In
and out in 20 mins.
